Would you like a massage?

I just read, today, that hugging more than 3 seconds, releases the love hormone in your body. The same principle must apply to receiving a good massage. Because, every time, after a good massage I feel super fantastic and loved. This must come as a surprise to some of you, especially, one of my good friends who cannot imagine letting someone (probably a stranger) to touch him everywhere. In every conversation related to massages and masseurs I, sincerely, advocate the benefits that your body gets during a massage session.  Come on, let’s face it, we all lead a busy life. There is no time to stop and smell the roses or even sit still, in a quiet place, for 5 mins. Getting a massage is the  perfect excuse to get away and unwind. My sessions usually last for 1 1/2 hours and, yes, I do have a regular massage parlor and my very own masseur. During the session my body and soul shuts down to the outside world. I feel exhilarated and rejuvenated. If you have not tried one I implore you to do so and trust me it’s money well spent. Start with foot reflexology is you are shy to strip down to a sarong or boxer. Now study the infographic below for some of the health benefits. If one day I could get my insurance pay for it, then it’ll be super.
